Removing Obstacles to a "Real" Education

Still under construction.  But for now, let me say that one should not feel compelled to take part in the public school experiment if one would prefer some other kind of education.

This is the only kind of formal education I can recommend (well, formal is not the right word).

  The Sudbury Valley School 

We assert that compulsory education for children in the system that most traditional schools are run is stifling to creativity, imagination, personal and intellectual development, critical thinking.  Every child should be allowed to educate himself or herself in the manner he or she chooses.
